Terms of Service

Just a short disclaimer! Please review before you place your order.

Since we are a unique store front a few things you should read and accept before placing your order are as follows:

  • General Check Out:  Please make sure your ship and billing addresses are correct.  Apply any discount codes to your order before checking out.
  • To request your order be cancelled and refunded please contact us immediately.  We will process your refund request within 24 hours of receipt. Your refund will take between 3 and 5 days depending on your banking institution policies.
    • All orders typically go out Monday – Wed depending on your location and time of order.
    • All custom orders go out on the agreed upon date.
  • Seller is not responsible for any issues with the product is in the hands of the carrier.  We ask that you record an unboxing video to preserve the condition of the package and any damages prior to unpacking. This helps us with claims via the shipping company to offer a fully replaced or refunded package. UPS is brutal in their requirements and we are bound by their process so the  more detailed video/pictures we have, the better our chances for refund on your damaged order.  Our goal is a seamless transaction, however, anyone who buys plants knows that $#*% happens! We will do our best to make sure that we advocate for a happy resolution as quickly as possible.
  • There will be no refunds for mandatory signature returned packages or custom goods for failure to sign on delivery! Please read this part again: There will be no refunds for mandatory signature returned plants or custom goods for failure to sign on delivery!  It is up to you to be available for your delivery to sign for your package. We are more than happy to coordinate with you before shipping your order.  All orders go out on Mondays and Tuesdays for Wed/Thurs delivery days, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Please make sure you’re checking weather! If your temps are over 90 or below 50 degrees, you will need to let us know so we can pack accordingly and coordinate your ship date.  Your shipping may need to be upgraded depending on the situation with distance, weather and the particular product(s) ordered. We can discuss available options and arrange what works best for you, just contact us here.
  • Custom created orders cannot be cancelled after the project has been signed off on.  After your consultation to see the scope of the product, an initial non-refundable deposit is taken. This covers the design work, concept creation and consultations as well as any adjustments.  When you receive your proofs, you have a last chance opportunity to approve all of your artwork and your projects.  The remainder of your previously agreed upon balance will be due at this time including shipping and taxes. This locks your order as we immediately order materials and prepare your order.
  • By placing and paying for your order you agree to the above terms of service.
