Refund Policy
- All cancelled orders will be subject to a 6% processing fee that SAPM is charged to process your payment. To avoid either SAPM or our customers, we will happily give you a store credit to use at your leisure for both of us to avoid that charge.
- Without an unpacking video being sent within an hour after signature delivery, we are unable to refund or replace products. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase and proof of arrival, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange for custom goods. While we strive to provide the best products possible, and quality packing, we can only guarantee replacements if we’re notified immediately and the restrictions imposed on us are met so we’re able to fight to use the insurance provided on all packages.
- To be eligible for a return, a video and/or pictures are required of any damage to the box/products. Please contact customer service within an hour of signed delivery to mitigate any damage. The best way is to set up video at unboxing to preserve the process.
- Custom portraits, pottery and tshirts are nonrefundable after deposit and set up. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- No sales or discounted items can be refunded, there are no refunds or replacements on OooOps items or Mystery Boxes.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smartassplantmoms.com.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to our facility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for the same way it came to you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
- Mandatory buyer signature on all custom or purchases over $100. All orders over $300 next day air will be required. Seller is not responsible for buyers due diligence. If there is any doubt, please reach out via email to coordinate the best plan. We’re happy to work with you to coordinate shipping and arrival that fits your needs.
